Figure 11 shows the choice of topics which are considered to be getting better or worse from the topics group including politics, economy and environment. The Japanese regard culture as getting better, but they are not sensitive and concerned about this topic.

The image of "culture" are very diffusive;
Most of the respondents show little interest in it.
Culture is associeted with "Japanese" or "old" things.
